The Agilent/Keysight 10775A is a long-range straightness optics module that establishes a highly accurate optical straightedge for precision linear metrology. It measures straightness deviations orthogonal to axial travel over distances from 1 meter to 30 meters, enabling calibration of machine tools, measuring machines, and precision equipment where linearity is critical. The module combines a straightness interferometer with a high-resolution plane mirror reflector to detect travel deviations with exceptional sensitivity and minimal susceptibility to air turbulence.
