The Agilent/Keysight 89441A is a vector signal analyzer for phase and amplitude characterization of complex communication signals from DC to 2.65 GHz. It operates in scalar and vector analysis modes, supporting RF spans to 2648 MHz in scalar mode and up to 7 MHz (8 MHz with Option AYH) in vector RF mode. The instrument captures time-series phase and amplitude data for spectrum analysis, AM/FM/PM demodulation, time-domain characterization, and optional vector modulation analysis.
