The Keysight B2983B is a precision femtoammeter and picoammeter engineered for ultra-sensitive current measurements down to 0.01 fA. Part of the B2980B series, this standalone instrument delivers 6.5-digit display resolution across current ranges from 2 pA to 20 mA, with a minimum burden voltage of less than 20 µV in the lowest range.
