The Agilent/Keysight DSO9104H is a 1 GHz bandwidth digital sampling oscilloscope with four analog channels designed for high-speed signal acquisition and analysis. It captures waveforms at up to 5 GSa/s with 100 Mpts standard memory depth, delivering 11-bit vertical resolution at full bandwidth and 12-bit resolution at 500 MHz or lower. The instrument achieves up to 3X noise reduction compared to traditional 8-bit oscilloscopes through hypersampled ADCs and hardware-based linear noise reduction technology, enabling precise characterization of complex signals in digital design, telecommunications, and research applications.
