The Agilent/Keysight E3647A is a 60 W dual-output programmable DC power supply engineered for benchtop and automated test environments. Each channel features dual-range outputs delivering 0–35 V at 0.8 A or 0–60 V at 0.5 A, with programming accuracy of ±(0.05% + 5 mV) for voltage and ±(0.2% + 5 mA) for current. Readback accuracy reaches ±(0.02% + 2 mV) voltage and ±(0.1% + 3 mA) current. Load and line regulation are exceptional: <0.01% + 3 mV for voltage and <0.02% + 3 mA for current. Output ripple and noise remain below 8 mVpp / 1 mVrms on voltage and 4 mArms on current. Settling time is less than 90 msec across all load conditions. The unit includes adjustable over-voltage protection (OVP accuracy <0.5% + 0.5 V) and adjustable current limiting. Dual digital displays provide 10 mV voltage and 1 mA current resolution. Five user-configurable memory slots store complete power supply setups for rapid test setup recall. Rotary knob and self-guiding keypads enable intuitive front-panel operation, while GPIB and RS-232 interfaces support automated test systems. Remote sensing via rear terminals compensates for lead resistance. Input voltage options include 115 Vac standard, with 100 Vac and 230 Vac options available. Front and rear output terminals accommodate diverse integration schemes. Operating temperature range spans 0 °C to +55 °C. SCPI command support enables simplified instrument programming and integration.
