The M9164C is a PXIe solid-state switch module that implements a 2×16 full cross-bar matrix for RF and microwave signal routing in automated test systems. Operating from 300 kHz to 18 GHz, it delivers fast switching speed with ultra-long cycle life and built-in temperature stability. The module minimizes crosstalk through solid-state switching technology, making it ideal for high-density ATE applications. At any moment, two RF paths remain in the ON state while remaining ports are isolated. Ports not actively switched are internally terminated to 50 ohms.
