The Keysight M9181A is a PXI-based digital multimeter delivering 6½-digit resolution for high-performance automated test systems. This floating-isolated instrument measures DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, and 2-wire or 4-wire resistance with DCV accuracy to 90 ppm and measurement rates up to 150 readings per second at 4½ digits. The module integrates directly into PXI, Compact PCI, or hybrid chassis and includes software drivers for Windows XP, Vista, and 7, with application examples in LabVIEW, Visual Studio, and MATLAB.
