Designed for R&D and manufacturing environments, the system measures conversion gain/loss, noise figure, isolation, phase linearity, spurious responses, and intermodulation distortion across unlimited traces and 200 measurement channels. The N5245B core provides dual signal sources and up to 13 dBm output power, with dynamic range of 128 to 156 dB. Flexible sweep types—linear, log, power, CW, phase, and segment—support complex measurement protocols. The bundled solution includes the N4693D 50 GHz ECal module, U8487A power sensor, four N9910X-714 test cables, and specialized application software for frequency converter characterization.
