The AIM AXI1553-2 is a MIL-STD-1553A/B VXIbus test and simulation module delivering full-function protocol testing, simulation, monitoring, and data bus analysis for aerospace and defense applications. Two independent, dual-redundant MIL-STD-1553A/B databus streams operate concurrently without performance degradation, enabling Bus Controller emulation, multiple Remote Terminal simulation, and chronological monitoring at full bus load. The module integrates multiple RISC processors within an Application Support Processor (ASP) Common Core architecture, supported by a Physical Bus Interface (PBI) daughter board for MIL-STD-1553A/B connections.
