The VM9000 is a VXI Modular Instrumentation Platform (VMIP) carrier unit that consolidates up to three high-performance instrument modules within a single C-size VXIbus card slot. This open-platform architecture eliminates the need for multiple slot allocations, delivering equivalent functionality of three independent devices while reducing physical footprint and system cost. Each integrated module functions as a separate VXIbus device with its own Unique Logical Address (ULA) and VXIplug&play driver support, enabling mixed instrument configurations from VTI Instruments and third-party manufacturers across over 20 available module options.
