This microprocessor-controlled instrument combines high-resolution phase-lock capability with flexible control via front-panel operation or remote IEEE-488 GPIB commands. Its compact 13.3 cm footprint minimizes rack space while supporting advanced sweep modes, independent CW frequency presets, and programmable output power spanning +13 dBm to –140 dBm with 0.01 dB resolution.
