It offers detailed analysis of eye patterns and pulse patterns for high-speed signals, making it a valuable diagnostic tool for identifying sources of noise and jitter that degrade signal quality. The instrument is suitable for field or lab use and supports data rates from 0.1 to 12.5 Gbps.

* **RMS Jitter:** Under strong interfering RF signals, the maximum RMS jitter could be as high as 4 ps.

* **Clock Recovery Unit:** Optional internal clock recovery unit for deriving clock from data.
* **Mask Compliance Testing:** Supports mask compliance testing using built-in or user-defined masks to verify signal standards.
* **Master Software Tools:** PC-based software program for storing measurement data, converting displays to various graphic formats, and for remote programming.
* **Equalizers:** Available options include equalizers such as EQ10G5A for various data rates and standards.

* **Supported Standards:** OC-192/STM-64 SONET/SDH, 10G Fibre Channel, and 10G Ethernet at the physical layer.
