The MIL-240TX is a 100BASE-TX port selector transceiver that eliminates network downtime by providing automatic fault-tolerant redundancy for critical Ethernet devices. When the primary network path fails, the device switches to a backup path in less than one microsecond, ensuring continuous connectivity without manual intervention. Three dedicated ports support the critical device, primary network connection, and backup path. The transceiver intelligently monitors link status and transmits data only on active paths, preventing signal loss and data corruption in industrial and commercial environments.
