The EXFO RTU-310 IP Services Test Head is a remote testing unit for validating IP network services and performance metrics across Ethernet infrastructures. It operates at testing rates up to 1 GbE and provides Layer 2 and Layer 3 loopback functionality, RFC 2544 compliance measurements, and advanced QoS monitoring. The unit enables centralized network validation from remote locations, supporting bandwidth assessment, latency measurement, and frame loss analysis across single and multiple traffic streams.
