Equipment info

The GE/Bently Nevada 3300/35-02-06-02-00-00 is a six-channel temperature monitor for continuous machinery thermal supervision. This RTD monitor accepts inputs from up to six independent resistance temperature detectors, delivering precise temperature readings across multiple industrial temperature ranges. Each channel operates with field-configurable 3- or 4-wire RTD compatibility, supporting platinum, nickel, and copper sensors with full-scale ranges up to 500°C (1000°F). The unit features digitally adjustable alarm setpoints for over- and under-temperature detection with 1°C resolution and ±1°C repeatability. Individual recorder outputs (selectable +4 to +20 mA, 0 to -10 Vdc, or +1 to +5 Vdc) enable direct integration with external data acquisition systems, each proportional to programmed full-scale temperature. Current output accuracy reaches ±1.8% of signal with ±0.09 mA offset; voltage outputs maintain ±2.2% accuracy with defined offset specs. A 4-digit LCD display with decimal point annunciates real-time temperature, HIGH READ status, and alarm conditions. Self-test capability executes via front-panel terminal pins. Front-panel adjustments require no power cycling. The monitor consumes 4 watts nominal power and operates with CSA/NRTL/C agency approval available.

## Technical Specifications

## Key Features

• Field-reconfigurable between 3-wire and 4-wire RTD operation
• Jumper-selectable RTD material (platinum, nickel, copper)
• Individual recorder outputs for each channel
• Recorder output short-circuit tolerant; monitor operation unaffected
• User-invoked self-test via front-panel terminals
• Front-panel adjustments without power cycle required

## Typical Applications

• Machinery bearing and winding temperature supervision
• Industrial process thermal monitoring requiring multi-point sensing
• Equipment protection via continuous over-temperature detection

## Compatibility & Integration

Recorder outputs integrate directly with 4–20 mA loops, analog data loggers, and process control systems. Minimum load resistance for voltage outputs is 10 kΩ.
