It delivers configurable voltage (150 V or 300 V) and current (20 A or 10 A) outputs with frequency coverage from 45 Hz to 5 kHz, supporting sine, square, clipped sine, and user-defined waveforms. The instrument combines programmable power generation with comprehensive analytical capabilities, including harmonic analysis up to the 50th harmonic, real/reactive/apparent power measurement, and triggered digitized waveform acquisition at 16-bit resolution.
