The HP/Agilent 8015A is a dual-output pulse generator delivering precise pulse generation from 1 Hz to 50 MHz. This instrument provides independent control over two output channels with selectable amplitude up to 16 V per channel, or 30 V when outputs are combined in A + B mode. Engineers use it to generate complex pulse patterns, simulate digital signals, and execute sophisticated timing applications across research, design validation, and component testing.

• Repetition rate: 1 Hz to 50 MHz (square wave and double pulse to 25 MHz; A + B mode to 40 MHz; B delay to 20 MHz)
• Pulse width: <10 ns to 1 s across four ranges; square wave width from 10 ns to 1 s
• Pulse delay: 20 ns to 1 s with 25 ns fixed offset; interchannel and double pulse delay selectable
• Width jitter: <0.1% + 50 ps
• Delay jitter: 30 ns): maximum 5% deviation from straight line between 10% and 90% points
