Operating across 250 kHz to 1 GHz, it delivers dual RF generator and receiver functions in duplex mode with frequency offsets to ±999.7500 MHz. The unit supports AM, FM, and phase modulation with modulation analysis, SINAD measurement, distortion analysis, and frequency error detection. RF power measurement spans 2 mW to 200 W, while the integrated spectrum analyzer provides full 250 kHz to 1 GHz coverage with variable scan widths from 1 kHz to 100 MHz per division. A 50 kHz digitized oscilloscope and dual audio generators (10 Hz to 20 kHz and fixed 1 kHz) support comprehensive audio characterization.
