The instrument achieves ±0.01 °C setpoint accuracy with 0.005 °C stability over 1-hour and 24-hour intervals, operating across a -50 °C to 250 °C range. With 120 W output power, ±10.00 A current capability, and <15 mA TEC noise/ripple, the LDT-5980 meets stringent requirements in semiconductor manufacturing, scientific research, defense, and life sciences environments.
