It delivers dual-mode testing: AC withstand voltage up to 5 kV AC with adjustable arc detection, and insulation resistance measurement to 2000 MΩ at DC 500 V or 1000 V. The instrument combines precision voltage and current metering with safety-critical features including zero-crossing turn-on, automatic FAIL indication via alarm lamp and buzzer, and programmable test duration from 1 to 180 seconds or continuous operation.
