Delivering 500VA AC output capacity, it provides adjustable voltage from 0.1 kV to 5 kV with ±3% accuracy and true RMS current read-back across a 0.3 mA to 100 mA trip range. The instrument combines simultaneous digital monitoring of voltage, current, and elapsed time with arc detection, zero-crossing turn-on switching, and automatic FAIL indication via alarm lamp and audible buzzer.
