The Interface Technology SR5030 is a Variable Voltage I/O Module for high-performance data acquisition and stimulus/response testing within VXI chassis systems. It delivers 16 programmable stimulus drivers and 16 programmable response receivers operating at 50 MHz, supporting TTL, ECL, CMOS, and custom logic families. Seven independent 64K-vector memory banks enable RAM-backed and algorithmic pattern generation across multiple data formats (NRZ, RZ, RONE, RTC, RI). The module operates within a VXI C-size, single-slot form factor and requires an SR5010 Control/Timing Module for operation. Up to 20 SR5030 modules can be controlled by a single SR5010, delivering a combined 320 I/O channels.
