The Keithley 2401 Low Cost SourceMeter® SMU Instrument is a single-channel, four-quadrant source measure unit that integrates voltage and current sourcing with precision measurement capabilities into one compact platform. It functions simultaneously as a DC power supply, true current source, digital multimeter, and electronic load—eliminating the need for multiple instruments. The 2401 delivers tightly coupled sourcing and measurement for characterizing discrete semiconductors, passive components, integrated circuits, optoelectronics, and circuit protection devices across R&D and production environments.
