The Keysight 33622A is a dual-channel, 120 MHz function and arbitrary waveform generator delivering superior signal fidelity through Trueform technology. It generates standard waveforms, arbitrary signals, and modulation types with 14-bit resolution and 1 GSa/s sample rate, reducing harmonic distortion and jitter compared to traditional DDS generators. With up to 4 MSa/channel waveform memory (64 MSa/channel optional), 512 arbitrary segments, and sequencing support, the instrument handles complex test scenarios. Frequency accuracy of ±1 ppm ±15 pHz and amplitude control from 1 mVpp to 10 Vpp into high impedance ensure precise signal representation. Integrated connectivity and intuitive controls enable rapid deployment in automated test environments.
