The Keysight B2912B is a 2-channel Precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU) engineered for high-accuracy sourcing and measurement of sensitive electronic components, devices, and materials. It combines voltage source, current source, voltage meter, and current meter functionality into a single compact instrument, reducing test setup complexity while maintaining measurement resolution as fine as 10 fA and 100 nV. The B2912B delivers 4-quadrant sourcing and measuring capabilities across a maximum output voltage of ±210 V and maximum DC current of 3 A (10.5 A pulsed), with 31.8 W output power.
