The Keysight (Agilent) E5504B Phase Noise Measurement Solution characterizes phase noise in signal sources and components from 50 kHz to 26.5 GHz. This system simplifies phase noise and AM noise measurements for VCOs, DROs, crystal oscillators, and synthesizers in both benchtop R&D and automated test environments.
