This instrument captures complex waveforms at up to 20 GSa/s simultaneously on all channels, with optional sampling rates reaching 80 GSa/s on a single channel. Deep memory architecture—standard 64 Mpts expandable to 1 Gpts per channel—enables extended record lengths for detailed transient analysis and protocol decode. The 15.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display refreshes at over 500,000 waveforms per second, delivering real-time visibility into signal behavior.
