The Keysight/Agilent/HP E1333A is a 3-channel universal counter module for VXI test systems, delivering precision frequency, period, pulse width, time interval, and event counting measurements. This register-based B-size module integrates into single-slot VXI mainframes to enable automated test environments and benchtop signal analysis with software-selectable measurement functions and edge triggering.
Technical Specifications
Measurement Capabilities
The E1333A provides six primary counter functions: frequency measurement, period average, pulse width measurement, pulse width average, time interval measurement, time interval average, totalize, and ratio measurement across multiple channels.
Performance
• Frequency measurement: up to 1 GHz
• Time interval and pulse width resolution (average mode): 1 ns
• Channels 1 & 2 frequency range (AC coupled): 100 Hz to 100 MHz
• Input impedance (Channels 1 & 2): 1 MΩ
• Input range (DC to 100 MHz): 25 mV (low), 250 mV (high)
• Trigger level: −2.56 V to 2.54 V in 20 mV steps
• Selectable attenuator: ±5 V (low range)
