The Keysight E1364A is a B-size, single-slot VXI switch module delivering 16 independent Form C (SPDT) relays for signal routing, scanning, and control in automated test systems. Built on latching armature relay architecture, the module maintains switch positions without continuous power. Register-based VXI control enables simultaneous channel switching across all 16 channels. Optional jumper and resistor configuration supports digital output functionality via internal +5V or +12V supplies, with integrated terminal block connectivity for user I/O.
