The Keysight N4433D RF Electronic Calibration Module is a 4-port solid-state ECal unit that automates VNA calibration across 300 kHz to 26.5 GHz (DC to 26.5 GHz with Option 0DC). Connected via single USB link to Keysight PNA Network Analyzers, it eliminates mechanical calibration kit limitations by storing unique S-parameter data in module memory and electronically calculating error terms. The N4433D delivers full 4-port calibration in less than half the time of traditional methods, reduces connector wear on both module and analyzer test ports, and removes operator-dependent variability from the calibration process. All ports terminate at 50 Ohms. Connector configurations—female-female, male-male, or female-male 3.5 mm—are selectable via SKU options. The module weighs 0.6 kg and integrates directly with supported PNA firmware revisions without external control hardware.
