The Keysight U9391C Comb Generator produces a precise spectrum of harmonically related frequencies spanning 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz, enabling high-accuracy phase calibration and non-linear measurements in RF and microwave applications. Built on Keysight’s InP MMIC technology, it delivers superior phase stability for repeatable results in demanding test environments. The instrument generates output tones with -80 dBm minimum power per picket at 10 MHz input pulse repetition frequency. It accepts input signals from 10 MHz to 6 GHz with selectable divide ratios of 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16, and minimum tone spacing of 10 MHz.
