The Keysight UXR0504A is a 50 GHz real-time oscilloscope with 4 full-bandwidth channels designed for high-speed signal integrity measurements and advanced protocol analysis. Built on the Infiniium UXR-Series platform, this instrument delivers 256 GSa/s sample rate across all channels, 10-bit ADC resolution, and jitter performance of less than 25 fs (rms) intrinsic jitter. The oscilloscope supports bandwidth upgrade to 110 GHz and features a measurement acceleration ASIC capable of 5 trillion integer operations per second for accelerated analysis on select measurements.
