The Teledyne LeCroy ScopeStation 140 (LS140) is a 100 MHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope engineered for repetitive signal capture and analysis in R&D, production test, and field service environments. This portable, ruggedized instrument delivers simultaneous sampling at up to 8 GS/s in repetitive mode, with a maximum single-shot rate of 200 MS/s and record length to 10 Mpts.
