The LeCroy WaveRunner 64Xi-A is a 600 MHz digital oscilloscope purpose-built for advanced signal analysis, debugging, and validation across complex electronic designs. With four analog channels expandable to 40 total channels via optional MSO functionality, it delivers real-time sample rates up to 5 GSa/s per channel and interleaved rates to 10 GS/s. The instrument captures up to 25 Mpts/Ch in interleaved mode and partitions memory into segments using Sequence Mode for long-duration event capture.
