The Logimetrics A600P is a traveling wave tube (TWT) RF power amplifier engineered for EMC testing, communication systems, and research applications. This broadband microwave amplifier delivers 200 Watts CW across multiple frequency bands with typical saturation gain of 30–40 dB and maximum noise figure of 35 dB. The A600 series accommodates frequency ranges from 1.0 GHz through 18.0 GHz depending on model variant, with output connectors scaling from Type N at lower frequencies to waveguide interfaces (WR90, WR62, WRD750) at Ku- and Ka-band. All models maintain 50 Ohm input/output impedance, 2.5:1 maximum VSWR, and spurious performance of −40 dBc standard (−50 dBc available). AM/FM distortion is held to 1% maximum (−40 dBc).
