The Logimetrics A600X is a 200 W CW TWT microwave amplifier for RF testing, system applications, and threat simulation across the 8.0 GHz to 12.4 GHz band. Regulated helix, filament, and grid power supplies ensure stable operation and extended tube lifespan, while built-in protection against helix overcurrent, VSWR overload, and thermal faults safeguards performance. Optional input and output VSWR protection is available. The unit delivers 40 dB gain into 50 Ω loads with maximum 2.5:1 VSWR and spurious suppression to −40 dBc minimum (−50 dBc optional). Remote control via IEEE-488 GPIB, front-panel air cooling, and rack-mount form factor (14″ H × 17″ W × 25″ D) support laboratory and field deployments. IEC-348 and UL1419 safety compliance.
