The MKS Instruments/Granville-Phillips 34001 Vacuum Gauge Controller measures vacuum pressure across nine decades, from below 1 × 10⁻⁹ Torr to atmospheric conditions. It accepts one ionization gauge and two Convectron gauges on a single instrument, delivering analog outputs and front-panel pressure readout. The controller integrates resistance heating degas with pressure-dependent interlocking, enabling safe tube conditioning in research and industrial vacuum systems.
