The NI IMAQ PCI-1424 is a PCI-based image acquisition module for high-speed digital image capture in industrial, scientific, and machine vision systems. It delivers up to 200 MB/s data throughput into onboard memory and supports LVDS and RS422/TTL signaling for flexible camera interfaces. The module provides programmable lookup tables for real-time data mapping and contrast enhancement, adjustable region-of-interest windowing to reduce PC memory load, and dual clock outputs for external camera synchronization.
