Equipment info

The NI PCI-6711 is a high-speed analog output module that delivers precise multichannel signal generation for industrial automation, scientific research, and test applications. Four simultaneous analog output channels operate at 1 MS/s per channel with 12-bit resolution and ±10 V or ±EXT REF output ranges. The module integrates 8 programmable digital I/O lines (5 V TTL/CMOS), two 24-bit counter/timers capable of 20 MHz operation, and deterministic timing via the NI DAQ-STC controller with 50 ns resolution. RTSI bus and PXI trigger bus connectivity enable synchronization across multiple devices. External clocking and digital triggering support demanding stimulus-response, power supply emulation, and sensor simulation workflows. PCI interface with MITE bus chip simplifies integration into standard PC-based systems, PCI/CompactPCI chassis, or PXI platforms.
