The Ophir 5022A is a broadband RF power amplifier delivering 50 W saturated output across the 0.8–2.0 GHz band. Built on Class A/AB linear architecture, it provides +48 dB minimum gain with excellent linearity and third-order intercept performance of +56 dBm typical. The amplifier accepts CW, AM, FM, PM, and pulse modulated signals up to +10 dBm input level and maintains input/output impedance at 50 Ω nominal.
