Equipment info

The Pacific Power 3060-MS is a solid-state AC power source delivering 62.5 kVA / 50 kW per chassis through double conversion architecture—AC to DC rectification followed by high-frequency PWM inverter synthesis. This design enables precise AC power simulation with <1% voltage THD at 50/60 Hz and <2% at 400 Hz, along with ±0.2% voltage accuracy and ±1% load regulation. The unit operates across 0–120/208 V three-phase (0–354 V L-N, 0–708 V L-L true RMS) with configurable WYE or Delta connections and supports external transformer options to 600 V L-L. Frequency coverage spans 47–500 Hz standard, with optional extended range to 1000 Hz. Current delivery reaches 175 A RMS continuous per phase, 350 A pulse per phase for non-linear loads. Transient response completes in 150 µs (50% step) or 300 µs (100% step), recovering to ±3% within one-tenth cycle at 400 Hz. Overload capacity supports 110% for 1 hour, 125% for 10 minutes, or 150% for 10 seconds. Multi-chassis parallel architecture scales to 625 kVA. Universal input transformer provisions accept 208, 240, 380, and 480 VAC three-phase ±10%, eliminating input power factor constraints.
