The Parker/Compumotor EVM32 Baseboard is a modular expansion I/O interface for Compumotor 6K controllers, enabling scalable signal management in motion control systems. Each baseboard accepts up to four SIM (Signal Interface Module) boards, delivering 32 I/O points per unit when fully populated. Up to eight EVM32 units connect in serial chain configuration to a single 6K controller, supporting a maximum of 128 I/O points per controller. The architecture accommodates digital inputs, digital outputs (NPN sinking and PNP sourcing), solid-state relays, high-current relays, and analog inputs through interchangeable SIM boards ordered separately.
