Rigol MC3324 – 24 channel multiplexer module

The Rigol MC3324 is a 24-channel mixed multiplexer module that expands the M300 Series Data Acquisition/Switch Systems with simultaneous voltage and current measurement capability. It delivers 20 voltage channels and 4 current channels, enabling sequential scanning and automated signal routing across multiple test points. The voltage channels support both 2-wire and 4-wire measurement configurations, with channels organized into two banks for 4-wire resistance measurements. Current channels measure DC or AC signals and integrate with compatible DMM modules. All channels employ break-before-make switching logic, with scanning speeds up to 60 channels/s (DMM module) or 200 channels/s (open/close). The module operates at 300 VRMS isolation (voltage channels) and 1 ARMS isolation (current channels), handling up to 50 VA per channel. Requires 90 minutes warm-up for specified accuracy and is LXI Core 2011 Device compliant (Version 1.4). Connection requires the M3TB24 terminal block.
