The Rigol PHA0150 is a 70 MHz differential voltage probe engineered for high-voltage floating measurements up to ±1500 V. Dual selectable attenuation ratios (50X and 500X) accommodate measurement ranges from ±150 V to ±1500 V differential, while a bandwidth limit switch reduces noise in low-frequency applications. The probe delivers ≤5 ns rise time, ±2% accuracy, and excellent common-mode rejection via 10 MΩ ±1% differential input impedance. USB Type-C powering eliminates external supply dependencies. Overrange detection with audible and visual alarm prevents measurement errors. The 1 m cable terminates in a standard BNC output compatible with virtually all oscilloscopes and waveform instruments.
