It delivers measurements across a comprehensive frequency range from 10 Hz to 30 GHz (DC-coupled) or 10 MHz to 30 GHz (AC-coupled), with 0.01 Hz frequency resolution and 1 Hz marker readout. The analyzer features analysis bandwidth up to 160 MHz, exceptional RF performance with DANL of –155 dBm at 1 GHz and –147 dBm at 30 GHz, and deep I/Q memory (200 Msample). A precision internal reference frequency achieves 1 × 10⁻⁶ accuracy and aging, with optional OCXO and ultra-high precision reference upgrades delivering stability to 5 × 10⁻¹⁰. The intuitive user interface and rapid measurement speed enable efficient analysis across wireless communication standards and analog modulations.
