The Rohde & Schwarz FSG13 is a high-performance spectrum analyzer covering 9 kHz to 13 GHz, engineered for signal characterization in development, production, and field-test environments. It delivers superior dynamic range with displayed average noise levels as low as −156 dBm, amplitude measurement uncertainty below 0.3 dB, and configurable resolution bandwidth from 10 Hz to 10 MHz. The FSG13 combines fast frequency-domain sweeps (2.5 ms) with microsecond-scale time-domain acquisition, enabling rapid detection and analysis of transient and modulated signals across mobile communications, wireless networking, and EMI/EMC applications.
