The TAMS 61622 is a PCI-based GPIO interface card engineered for industrial and laboratory applications requiring direct digital signal interfacing with external hardware. This card operates on Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows NT4, and extends the original HP 98622 GPIO standard with enhanced functionality including bi-directional data transfer and auxiliary control lines compatible with HP E2074/5 enhanced mode. Existing software developed for HP/Agilent GPIO interfaces can run on the TAMS 61622, providing backward compatibility for legacy systems.
