The TDK/Kepco MRW160KV is a low-profile switching power supply board delivering 50 W of regulated DC power across triple outputs with integrated power sharing. Housed in a compact 1.3-inch PC card format, it accepts wide-range AC input (95–264 V AC, 50–60 Hz) without jumpers or user configuration and supplies +5 V DC, +12 V DC, and −12 V DC rails simultaneously. The design incorporates overvoltage protection on the +5 V output, TTL-compatible power-OK signaling, built-in EMI filtering to FCC Class B and VDE 0871 Class B standards, and 30 ms minimum hold-up time. Typical efficiency reaches 72%, with output voltage regulation held within ±5% combined effect across source, load, and temperature variations. Ripple and noise remain below 50 mV peak-to-peak on primary rails. UL recognized and certified to VDE 0806, IEC 380, CSA C22.2 No. 1402, and EN 60950 (TÜV Rheinland), the MRW160KV operates reliably to 50°C ambient at full rated power and withstands vibration to 3 g across all three axes.
