The Tektronix AFG3011 is a single-channel arbitrary waveform generator delivering precise signal synthesis from 1 µHz to 10 MHz with 14-bit resolution and 250 MS/s sampling rate. This instrument generates 12 standard waveforms plus custom arbitrary waveforms up to 131,072 points, supporting advanced capabilities such as independent leading and trailing edge control for pulse waveforms and five modulation types: AM, FM, PM, FSK, and PWM.
