The Tektronix DPO7104 is a 1 GHz Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope delivering high-performance signal acquisition and analysis across four input channels. With real-time sample rates up to 20 GS/s on a single channel and 10 GS/s across all four channels, it captures complex signal behaviors with 8-bit vertical resolution (11 bits with Hi-Res mode). The instrument excels at identifying infrequent glitches and transient events through its >250,000 waveforms/second capture rate and proprietary FastAcq™ technology.
